Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive crypto product strategy, ensuring smooth alignment across compliance, tech, and product teams.
• Drive the creation and launch of innovative, customer-centric crypto solutions.
• Address capability gaps, fostering growth and operational excellence.
• Champion a culture of innovation aligned with crypto-native principles, targeting tech-savvy audiences.
• Own crypto product development from concept to market delivery, focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Act as a senior leader, bridging operational teams and executive leadership.
