Head of Commercials & General Manager, France Location: France (Remote) Reports to: CEO EUR 100k – 130k + Commission + Equity  Fluent in English & French

The Mission Lead their commercial efforts across the Eurozone, securing fintech and asset manager clients and partnerships for our Euro stablecoin ahead of launch in mid-2026. You’ll be their on-the-ground presence in the EU, responsible for building the pipeline and relationships that will drive adoption from day one.

What Success Looks Like – Onboard €100m in stablecoin volume within two years of launch – Build a pipeline of committed launch partners across fintechs, asset managers, and payment providers – Establish our credibility and visibility in the European digital assets ecosystem

What You’ll Do – Identify, pursue, and close commercial deals with fintechs, neobanks, payment providers, exchanges, and asset managers across Europe – Develop strategic partnerships with custodians, OTC desks, and crypto infrastructure providers – Represent the company with regulators and at industry events – Feed market intelligence back to the team on competitive dynamics, client needs, and partnership opportunities – Note: this would be an Individual Contributor position for the time being

What They Looking For – Strong track record in B2B sales or business development within payments, fintech – A network across the European financial services and crypto ecosystem – Familiarity with stablecoins, crypto infrastructure, or treasury/FX products – Entrepreneurial and self-directed, comfortable operating independently pre-launch with minimal structure – Willing to travel at moment’s notice – Fluent in French and English; additional European languages a plus

Nice to Have – Prior experience at a stablecoin issuer, crypto exchange, or e-money institution – Relationships with asset managers or corporate treasury teams – Experience navigating European licensing processes
