Plexus have partnered with the world’s first permissionless on-chain hedge fund. Already profitable and backed by a lean, high-performing remote team of 10, the fund is scaling aggressively by increasing its TVL and AUM.
As Head of Business Development, you’ll spearhead growth efforts by targeting institutional investors and expanding strategic partnerships. You’ll play a critical role in accelerating capital inflow, shaping go-to-market strategy, and increasing the fund’s visibility across financial and crypto-native ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive institutional capital inflows to grow TVL and AUM
- Build and manage relationships with hedge funds, family offices, HNWIs, custodians, CEXs, treasuries etc.
- Own the end-to-end business development and sales pipeline, from sourcing leads to closing deals
- Attend key industry events and conferences to represent the fund and generate leads
- Identify and execute strategic partnership opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of business development or institutional sales experience, with at least 3 years in the crypto or digital asset space
- Selling investment products to institutions.
- Deep understanding of the institutional crypto landscape, including custody, compliance, and fund structuring
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
