Plexus is partnered with a well-capitalised, crypto-native investment firm building out a dedicated asset management function on top of a large existing portfolio.

Overview: Looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to take ownership of capital allocation and strategy across liquid markets – helping build and scale a new asset management function from the ground up.

What matters: • Experience managing capital with direct P&L ownership • Strong background across liquid markets (crypto, derivatives, macro, etc.) • Deep understanding of risk management + portfolio construction • Experience operating in high-performance trading environments • Comfortable building and leading teams

Nice to have: • Crypto-native or DeFi trading experience • Background in HFT, market-making, or systematic strategies • Experience scaling strategies without degrading performance
