Plexus has partnered with a regulated institutional digital asset platform managing over $500M+ AUM, delivering yield through CeFi, DeFi, and hybrid strategies. The firm partners with leading exchanges, custodians, and funds to provide secure, compliant, and scalable digital asset solutions.

Position Overview:

They are seeking a Head of Asset Management to lead and expand their institutional yield function. This is a C-suite level role, responsible for capital deployment, yield strategy, and overall profitability across centralized and decentralized markets.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead the asset management and yield strategy function, delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns.
• Design and execute trading and yield strategies across CeFi and DeFi.
• Optimize capital deployment, improve automation, and scale existing systems.
• Manage counterparties and protocol relationships to diversify yield sources.
• Collaborate with leadership across Product, Risk, and Operations to align execution and innovation.

Qualifications:  

• 6–10+ years’ experience in crypto, DeFi, or digital asset management (TradFi experience in credit, structured products, or macro also valued).
• Proven success managing institutional yield or trading portfolios.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, liquidity management, and credit risk.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, builder mindset.
