Head of GTM Real World Assets (RWA) / Digital Assets Dubai, UAE (Hybrid) AED 50,000–65,000 Base Per Month + Performance Bonus (flexible for exceptional profiles)

Plexus are partnering with a high-growth digital assets platform expanding into the UAE. This hire will lead regional go-to-market strategy and commercial build-out, establishing key partnerships and driving early market traction.

The Role • Lead UAE go-to-market strategy • Originate and secure commercial real estate listings • Own asset onboarding from sourcing to execution • Work cross-functionally with legal, product, and operations • Build long-term relationships with asset owners and investors • Scale the commercial function over time

Experience • 10+ years in real estate, asset management, or capital markets • Strong UAE commercial real estate network • Experience in primary issuance, fund distribution, or structured products • Exposure to digital assets or tokenisation preferred • Proven ability to build markets and close complex transactions
