Growth Marketing Manager – Privacy & Identity Protocol – UK/Europe (Remote)

We’re seeking a growth marketing manager to lead the ecosystem growth, strategy and visibility for the brand. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing, ecosystem strategy and development for the protocol, focusing on developer acquisition and retention strategies
• Grow and expand current community relations, engagement and visibility for the protocol within Web3 tech circles
• Actively collaborate with BD, Partnerships + Marketing teams to ensure consistency of branding, voice and communications

Requirements

• Must be from a Web3 Growth Marketing background (not BD)
• Experienced working directly for a DeFi Protocol, Identity/Privacy layer or other highly relevant organisation
• Proven background of consistent growth and visibility within developer ecosystems
