Growth Associate – Onchain Asset Management / DeFi – North America/Europe/APAC (Remote)

Plexus are working with an onchain asset managers, currently managing 10-figures in AUM with institutional-level yield and lending strategies.

They are currently looking for a Growth Associate to support their Growth/Ecosystem Partnerships function. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Working alongside current Head of Growth in facilitating, evaluating and closing strategic DeFi partnerships
• Increasing visibility of the product/services provided by the org by orchestrating partnerships with top L1s, L2s and exchanges
• Cold and warm outreach, relationship management and ecosystem expansion

Requirements

• Direct experience from a Top 150 by TVL DeFi Protocol
• Must be from a BD/Growth/Ecosystem background within a DeFi project
• Experienced with full partnerships/ecosystem deal lifecycle, closing-heavy

Bonus Attributes

• Based in New York, Miami or London
• Direct experience from a Top 50 by TVL DeFi Protocol (ETH or Solana)
• Warm intros to top DeFi projects ready to implement from day 1
