About the Opportunity Work with an established player in crypto on an early-stage product, building a next-generation decentralized trading platform. You will lead product strategy, roadmap and execution for a trading system designed to support high-performance order handling and liquidity growth. The company values innovation, rapid iteration and data-driven decision making in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do

• Set the product vision and strategic plan for a trading product
• Drive product discovery, market research, and customer insights
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, business and growth teams
• Define success metrics and iterate based on real usage data
• Partner with growth and community functions to attract and retain users

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience (5+ years) in product leadership, especially with financial or trading products
• Proven successful exchange (dex or cex) leadership experience
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to drive priorities
• Ability to work independently and shape a product from early stages
• Interest in decentralized finance and Web3 markets
