General Counsel | Head of legal

Plexus have partnered with a cutting edge trading firm who offer spot, derivatives and structured products.

With offices is London, Mexico and the US, we are looking for their first in-house legal hire. Ideally based in Miami to work from their office. 

Requirements:

• JD degree (Juris Doctor) 
• 5+ years experience in legal practice 
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies and and digital assets 
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations

Responsibilities:

• Regulatory compliance 
• Legal advisory
• Contract agreement management 
• Risk mitigation

This is an on-site/hybrid role based in Miami.
