Full Stack Trading Engineer

A market-leading stablecoin FX and liquidity platform serving Latin America, facilitating millions in transactions monthly. Backed by top investors, the company is building next-generation cross-border financial infrastructure with speed, transparency, and trust.

The company is hiring its first Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end development of core systems, backend microservices and frontend interfaces, scaling real-time stablecoin transactions. This role reports directly to the founding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale full stack applications for high-volume, real-time transactions.
• Develop TypeScript microservices on Kubernetes; build React/Next.js frontend interfaces.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security across the stack.
• Collaborate on architecture, product roadmap, and client-facing deliverables.
• Lead debugging and incident response for production systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering, with full stack experience.
• Experience with Trading Systems
• Proficient in TypeScript (backend & frontend) and modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and Kubernetes.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or payments preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience in DeFi, stablecoins, or high-availability financial systems.
• Product-minded, founder-friendly, and autonomous.
