Full Stack Engineer $100k–$150k Remote

Plexus have partnered with a fast-growing Web3 startup building an intuitive, high-yield savings product for the next wave of on-chain users. It’s a product where performance, precision, and simplicity all matter — and where engineering is central to everything.

The team is lean, funded, and shipping fast. They’re looking for one exceptional full stack engineer who can own features end-to-end, move quickly, and genuinely cares about the mission. It’s not a 9–5 — but if you want ownership, speed, and equity upside, this is a standout opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and ship quickly across backend + frontend using Python, TypeScript, AWS, and Kubernetes

• Take ideas from zero to production — own the entire feature lifecycle

• Work closely with founders on architecture and product execution

• Contribute to a system where correctness, UX, and performance are non-negotiable

You Should Have:

• 4+ years of full stack engineering experience

• Experience in fast-moving product teams (startup or high-growth environment)

• Strong technical instincts and fluency in modern tools (Python, TypeScript, AWS, K8s)

• Bonus: exposure to DeFi, prediction markets, or mission-critical infra
