Frontend Engineer (Part-time contract 6months)

Frontend Engineer – Part time 60% FTE EU Remote $85-$95 per hour 

Plexus is partnered with a project that helps Web3 projects raise capital in a secure, transparent, and regulation-friendly way – without needing centralized platforms. They support the growth of this ecosystem through protocol development, grants, and community engagement..

They are looking for a Part-time Frontend Engineer (React) to create great user experiences.

Responsibilities: 

• Build and maintain high-quality web applications using React and Next.js (v13+).
• Collaborate closely with the team to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, user-friendly interfaces.
• Utilize Next.js features like serverless functions, server-side components, and advanced rendering techniques.
• Take ownership of UX/UI aspects when needed, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with React.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Deep understanding of web3 and cryptocurrency concepts (e.g., blockchain integrations, wallets etc)
• Expertise in Next.js (v13+), including serverless functions, server-side rendering, and static site generation.
• Experience with mono-repos and managing complex codebases

What they offer:

• Up to $95 per hour
• Flexible hours – 60% FTE, (24 hours per week)
• EU remote
