Plexus has partnered with a profitable, product-led tech company building in the Web3 / payments space. They’ve already onboarded millions of users globally and are scaling a core product used by some of the biggest platforms in the ecosystem. 

They’re looking for a Fraud & Dispute Analyst to own chargeback and dispute operations end-to-end.

The Role

  • Own the daily chargeback inventory: gathering evidence, drafting representments, and submitting responses via payment providers
  • Analyse SAFE and TC40 reports to identify emerging fraud patterns before they escalate
  • Monitor live transactions in real time, flagging orders that fall outside defined risk tolerances
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with support teams to ensure dispute cases are handled with full context

What They’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years in a card payments role (fintech, crypto, or PSP environment preferred)
  • Solid grasp of payment infrastructure: card network rules, issuer/acquirer dynamics, and the full chargeback lifecycle
  • End-to-end experience managing Visa and Mastercard disputes, including representment and compelling evidence submissions
  • Familiarity with SAFE, TC40, and the broader regulatory landscape (GDPR, AML, PCI DSS)
