Founding Product Designer – Web3 Creator Platform – Global Remote

Plexus are working with one of the most exciting teams in the emerging crypto space, focused on building fair, transparent and decentralized pathways to wealth creation.

With their upcoming celebrity launchpad launching before Christmas, they need a founding product designer to lead vision, taste, and execution to define how their app feels in people’s hands.

Responsibilities

• Turning chaos into clarity as they iterate toward product-market fit.
• Moving at startup speed – designing, prototyping, and shipping weekly
• Understand the product technically, generate and implement ideas with how it should look
• Lead and implement all the design elements 

Requirements

• Vision + Execution: Can set product design direction but also crank out pixel-perfect UX/UI themselves
• Taste & Judgment: Must have impeccable product taste, with a strong point of view. Doesn’t just take feedback – pushes back when the product is veering toward mediocrity
• UX + UI Mastery: Not just making it pretty – deep understanding of user psychology, flows, and how design choices impact retention and monetization.
• Consumer DNA: Must have built for consumer-facing apps (not B2B dashboards). Ideally in a high-bar, aspirational product where design was core to success (e.g., fintech, social, marketplace, creator apps).
