Marketing/Growth Lead – Prediction Market (Solana) – US/UK (Remote)

Plexus are working with an emerging prediction market, built on Solana and specifically optimised for perps-style macro trading, in and outside of the crypto market.

 With direct investment from top VCs, foundations and the chain itself, they are looking for a Founding Marketing/Growth Lead to scale their initial launch campaign, own branding and support visibility.

Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Scale and manage the marketing function 0-1, leading growth, brand awareness, referral/loyalty programs and paid media
• Support strong comarketing integrations, partner with third party integrators, capitalizing on market sentiment
• Track and manage trends, performance data, campaign performance and support cross-functionally across the sales side of the business.

Requirements

• Must be from a trading-native marketing background, (prediction markets, onchain trading, DEXs or trading-focused L2s)
• Experienced marketing a DeFi related product or service to consumer trading audiences
• Direct experience managing and scaling a brand 01, from private beta through to mainnet launch and beyond.
