Founding Engineer/Head of Engineering Fully Remote  New York (+- 3 hours)  Up to $250k + Equity 

About the Company The company is building the next generation of onchain wallets. Its platform combines account abstraction, permissions, and identity into a fully onchain wallet architecture – removing reliance on centralized infrastructure and making advanced wallet experiences simple to build. Features like delegation, session keys, and automated transactions are built directly into the protocol, enabling secure, seamless UX for both developers and users.

About the Role  The company is hiring a founding engineer to own the platform end-to-end. The role spans protocol engineering, smart contracts, SDKs, infrastructure, and product development, working closely with the CEO to shape both the technology and the engineering culture from the ground up. This is a high-ownership opportunity to help define the future of wallet infrastructure.

Day to Day

• Work directly with the CEO on product and technical strategy
• Own development across the platform, remaining highly hands-on while also managing engineering execution
• Lead planning and implementation of a premium payment orchestration layer integrating third-party APIs
• Build and scale core wallet infrastructure, SDKs, and smart contract systems

Background 

• 4–5+ years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in crypto
• Strong experience building wallet infrastructure or wallet products
• Deep knowledge of TypeScript, Rust, and Anchor
• Proven Solana smart contract development experience
• Experience building and maintaining SDKs for developers
