Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations across fiat and crypto, including accounting, treasury, tax, and FP&A;
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax filings under German GAAP and tax law, in collaboration with external tax advisors;
- Administer payroll (Lodas) in compliance with wage tax and social security requirements;
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Manage both on- and off-chain treasury operations;
- Serve as primary liaison with banks, tax advisors, regulators, and tax authorities;
- Lead tax audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements.

- Are based in Europe and open to calling Berlin your new home;
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/taxation or related field;
- Have at least 5 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles such as Finance Manager or Head of Finance;
- Have strong knowledge of German GAAP and German tax law (particularly VAT and wage tax)
- Are business fluent in both German and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Have experience with crypto accounting & tracking (e.g. Tres Finance) in a cross-chain environment.
