Equities Analyst Onsite in Prague Competitive Base + Performance Bonus

Plexus is partnered with a small, well capitalized investment firm that’s part of a 1B+ AUM family office in Europe. They’re hiring an equities analyst to join their team to source investment opportunities into early stage Tech and Innovation startups.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and diligence (industry structure, unit economics, competitive moat, valuation).
• Thesis monitoring post investment (read results, filings, transcripts and flag thesis breaks early).
• Build analytical infrastructure (screens, tools, AI workflows to reduce noise).

Requirements

• 1–3 years equity research, hedge fund, long-only, or venture capital analysis.
• Proven interest in markets/equities (track record of personal investments, published research or pitches).
• Strong accounting, financial analysis and valuation fundamentals.
• Use of AI tools embedded in daily workflow (specific examples needed).
• Intellectual honesty and ability to challenge and change view on evidence.
• Right to work EU/EEA.
