Engineering Manager  Permanent Role  Location: No preference (They are US based)  Fully Remote  Up to $300k + Equity + Benefits

Responsibilities: 

• Build and advance core Proof-of-Stake blockchain features
• Architect and optimize consensus, network, and distributed systems
• Develop TypeScript blockchain components 
• Implement secure cryptography and PKI-based systems
• Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving sprints and priorities
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and security across the blockchain stack

Requirements: 

• Hands-on blockchain development, especially Proof-of-Stake
• TypeScript, distributed systems, P2P networking, and consensus protocols
• Strong cryptography, PKI, and secure systems knowledge
• Blockchain experience in financial products, payments, or banking
• Leadership and team mentoring experience
• Autonomous, high-responsibility, fast-paced work style
• Deep technical problem-solving over company pedigree
