Ecosystem Lead – RWA Blockchain – US/Remote

Plexus are working with an EVM Compatible, integrated, modular blockchain specifically designed for RWAs and RWA Tokenization. They are currently partnered with 100+ RWA projects and 50+ Tech partners.

With $30m raised from various VC funds, they are now actively looking for an Ecosystem Lead to join their growing team. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Own ecosystem development, including partnerships and relationship management, identifying potential influences on the growth of the ecosystem + maintain relationships with partners
• Work cross-functionally with other teams internally across product, marketing, development, leadership to contribute to ecosystem growth
• Performance monitoring and data-focused analysis to report regularly to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be from a web3 native ecosystem development/BD background
• High-level strategic thinking and partnership management experience
• Proven track record of BD, Growth + Partnerships management within the crypto market
