Plexus has teamed up with one of the most exciting and well-funded start-up company who operate within the Defi space. They are a leading cryptocurrency algorithmic market maker who are improving market liquidity on both decentralised and centralised platforms. A strong presence in London, now looking to grow across the pond in the US!

This role is eligible for both US & UK candidates, and people open to relocating – remote will be case-by-case.

• Expand institutional OTC business by developing and executing regional growth strategies while fostering key partnerships with exchanges, custodians, lenders, and ecosystem players.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch new products, gather customer feedback, and enhance liquidity provision for crypto projects.
• Streamline business development operations, track industry trends, and identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration

Salary is Base + Bonus
