Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives user growth and aligns with business goals.

• Define and refine brand messaging, value proposition, and positioning.

• Plan and execute product marketing strategies, including feature launches.

• Oversee social media and community channels (Twitter, Discord, Telegram) to ensure engagement and brand consistency.

• Track key performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure KPIs are met.

• Deliver high-quality marketing projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability.

• Stay ahead of crypto/Web3 trends to drive relevant campaigns.

• Work with internal teams to communicate technical launches and milestones.

• Partner with external organizations for co-marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.

• Plan and promote participation in events, including conferences and speaking engagements.

Who You Are

• 8+ years in marketing, with at least 3 years in Web3/crypto startups or fast-paced environments.

• Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, evolving space.

• Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Deep understanding of the crypto/Web3 ecosystem and market dynamics.
