Director of Growth and Ecosystem

Plexus are working with a leading Blockchain based Decentralized Ledger Platform.  They are looking for an experienced Director of Growth and Ecosystem to join their Europe team.

You will be responsible for driving the expansion of the network, ecosystem development and building strategic partnerships in the EMEA region.

Requirements:

• You will bring proven experience in a growth, business development or ecosystem leadership role within Crypto/Web3 space (strong preference for Layer 1 Blockchain Ecosystem experience)
• Strong network of contacts in the Blockchain and Crypto ecosystem
• Great understanding of the EMEA market
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global and remote environment (ideally you will have start up experience)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Offer:

• Fully remote
• Base Salary of $170K – $210K USD
• Great token package

This is a fully remote position; you must be in EMEA to be considered.
