DEX Product Manager

DEX Product Manager Up to 110k USDT Fully Remote Annual Bonus + Performance Bonus   Plexus has another amazing opportunity in the Web3 space. The company is building next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX) products that empower global users to trade with full transparency and autonomy.   They’re looking for a DEX Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience to lead the innovation and growth of their decentralized trading products. You’ll drive product strategy, coordinate cross functional teams, and deliver features that maximize liquidity, efficiency, and user satisfaction.   Role: • Define and maintain the DEX product roadmap (1–3 years), prioritizing high-impact features across liquidity pools, AMMs, and trading aggregation. • Conduct market research to shape product requirements and ensure user-centric design. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to launch and iterate on features. • Manage the product lifecycle from MVP to full-scale deployment, applying agile development best practices. • Track and optimize key metrics such as TVL, volume, and retention through data-driven decisions. • Ensure regulatory compliance, monitor DeFi risk, and champion innovation in decentralized trading.   Requirements: • 3–5 years of product management experience, including 2+ years in fintech, SaaS, or DeFi. • Previous experience with DEX or CEX products is a strong plus. • Technical understanding of blockchain fundamentals (Solidity, Rust, smart contracts, liquidity protocols). • Proficient with product and design tools (Jira, Figma, Notion). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field.
