DevSecOps Engineer

Plexus is partnered with a high-performance DeFi team building real-time trading infrastructure. They’re looking for a security-first engineer to own and scale production systems.

Overview: This role sits at the intersection of Security, DevOps, and Reliability – covering secure CI/CD, infrastructure hardening, and incident response.

What matters:

• Strong DevOps/SRE background running production, internet-facing systems

• Proven security experience (red team, pen testing, infra audits)

• Experience with Kubernetes + Terraform/IaC

• Built and managed secure CI/CD pipelines (secrets, access control, release gating)

• Ability to own incident response + system reliability end-to-end

  Nice to have:

• Experience securing fintech / crypto systems

• Familiarity with WAF, DDoS protection, abuse prevention

• Exposure to smart contract-adjacent security risks
