Job title: Developer Tooling Coordinator Location: Remote, Competitive Compensation

About the Role: Plexus has partnered with one of the biggest names in crypto to find a Developer Tooling Coordinator who’ll shape the future of Web3 developer experience. You’ll blend technical insight with strategy deciding what to build, what to fund, and how to empower developers across the ecosystem. If you’re equally comfortable writing code, spotting emerging trends, and influencing big technical decisions, this opportunity could be for you 

Responsibilities:

• Define strategy for developer tooling across languages, frameworks, and SDKs.

• Balance support for proven tools with new experimental projects.

• Guide decisions on internal builds vs. external grants or partnerships.

• Collaborate with open-source teams to identify and solve pain points.

• Use data and community feedback to set priorities.

Requirements:

• Strong Web3 development experience (smart contracts, infra, or tooling).

• Deep understanding of modern blockchain stacks (Solidity/Vyper, Foundry, Hardhat, viem, wagmi, ethers.js, etc.).

• Strategic mindset with hands-on technical ability.

• Confident communicating ideas across teams and the wider community.
