Developer Relations Lead (Web3 & AI) – $100k – $150k – Remote

Plexus has partnered with a platform that empowers users to create and manage custom AI workforces by assembling teams of autonomous agents tailored to specific tasks. With a strong focus on innovation, they are set to make significant advancements in the AI and Web3 space.

They are looking for a Developer Relations Lead to build and engage a thriving developer ecosystem. 

Responsibilities:

• Foster developer engagement via social media, forums, and direct outreach.
• Advocate for developers, provide support, and relay feedback to internal teams.
• Host AMAs, hackathons, and technical events to drive adoption.
• Represent the company at conferences and industry panels.
• Create educational content (blogs, guides, videos, documentation).
• Support developer onboarding and retention through hands-on assistance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in developer relations, community management, or technical evangelism in Web3, blockchain, or AI.
• Strong grasp of decentralized technologies, DeFi, and AI automation.
• Active on Twitter, Discord, and other developer-centric platforms.
• Experience organizing hackathons, workshops, and online events.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging content.
• Self-motivated, thrives in remote startup environments.
