Developer Relations Engineer

Developer Relations | Remote | Global | Base + Tokens

Plexus have partnered with the first Parallelized Bitcoin Rollup who are looking for a Developer Relations Engineer, with a strong background in business development, with a deep understanding of the Move language and blockchain technology. This role will be pivotal in driving the adoption of the project by engaging with development teams, onboarding them to their platform, and providing technical assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and engage with potential partners, projects, and developer communities that could benefit from the projects’ technology. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystem.
• Developer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for development teams integrating with the project. Provide technical support and guidance, especially regarding the Move language and our platform’s capabilities.
• Onboarding: Assist new partners and developers in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration with the technology.
• Community Engagement: Participate in and contribute to blockchain and developer community events, both online and in-person, to promote the project and foster relationships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that developer feedback is incorporated into future iterations of the platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, particularly in the blockchain or tech industry.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of the Move language and blockchain
• technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in developer relations or a similar role, with a track record of successfully onboarding and supporting development teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
