DeFi Product Manager

DeFi Product Manager – €100k – €150k + tokens – EU based (Remote)   Plexus has partnered with an exciting DeFi Layer 2 protocol that allows swaps across ETH rollups. They have recently raised and are backed by some of the top investors in the blockchain space. They are now looking to make purposeful hires to improve and scale up the team.   They are currently looking for a DeFi Product Manager with a technical prowess (as an engineer or have managed engineering teams. Candidates with strong blockchain experience and knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem and trends is preferrable.   Responsibilities:

• Facilitate teams in managing outcomes, prioritising tasks, and maintaining MVP scope.
• Understand user needs and market trends to develop and refine products.
• Ensure product alignment with goals through regular reviews during development.
• Approve design elements and conduct competitive research to inform the product roadmap.
• Use your technical writing skills to create and maintain product requirements and user stories.
• Also draft technical documentation for developers.

    Requirements: 

• 4+ years as in Product Management
• 2+ years within web3 – Must be DeFi native.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi products and technologies.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments.
• In-depth knowledge of crypto trends, emerging technologies, and industry narratives.
• Social media presence is valued.
