Defi Lead

Plexus have teamed with a leading L1 blockchain looking to expand their defi ecosystem. They are looking for an experienced BD leader to drive their partnerships, business development strategy and take lead on their current partnerships.

Role:

• Create and onboard new business partnerships with defi protocols
• Take lead of their entire defi team to help development of projects with new and existing partners
• Mentoring other on goal setting, execution and prioritization

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience working within Business Development
• Work experience within DeFi
• Ability to read market conditions and translate that into value to the company
