Plexus has partnered with a Singapore-based fintech building the infrastructure for tokenized fund distribution, backed by $10M and operating at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain.
Role:
- Onboard DeFi protocols, exchanges, and institutional LPs as integration partners
- Build and manage a partnerships pipeline for the new product
- Own deals from first conversation through to integration and launch
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years in BD or partnerships within DeFi or RWA
- Solid grasp of DeFi mechanics and RWA, ideally from a risk, treasury, or RWA protocol background
- Comfortable selling a pre launch product
