DeFi BD

Plexus have partnered with a trading-focused platform that enhances every aspect of the web3 stack to provide optimal infrastructure for a wide range of trading applications. They are looking for a BD candidate that has a deep network within the DeFi space. 

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage with current and emerging DeFi projects and founders to build a strong top-of-funnel pipeline.
• Craft compelling narratives and effectively communicate the project’s DeFi vision to prospective founders
• Support DeFi teams in achieving success within their ecosystem by driving TVL growth, user engagement, retention, and differentiation from competing ecosystems.
• Design and deliver customized go-to-market and launch strategies for founders building on the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with new partners to drive community engagement and go-to-market activation initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep network within the DeFi space.
• Previous experience at a VC or working with VCs.
• 3+ years BD or investor experience.
