About: Plexus has partnered with an early-stage startup building a next-gen borrowing and trading platform for tokenized stocks. They’re creating a DeFi product that bridges real-world assets and on-chain trading. This is your chance to take the technical lead in an ambitious project from day zero.

Role: We’re looking for a hands-on CTO to lead the architecture and development of the platform. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, enjoys working in early-stage environments, and thrives in DeFi.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop smart contracts in Rust (Solana or similar)

• Own the technical roadmap and core architecture

• Implement strong security practices and testing frameworks

• Collaborate closely with the founder on product and scaling strategy

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional engineering experience

• Strong Rust skills and experience in Solana or similar blockchain ecosystem

• Solid understanding of smart contract security and performance

• Proven ability to operate independently in startup or fast-paced environments
