Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Plexus has partnered with a next-generation, mobile-first DeFi trading platform aiming to simplify and abstract away the complexities of cross-chain token trading. By integrating multiple bridge and swap APIs under one user-friendly interface.

Role Overview:

• Bridging the gap between product vision, user experience, and technical feasibility
• Oversee the architecture decisions, ensure a robust and scalable infrastructure, and lead the development strategy that underpins the mobile app, the backend, and the integration with third-party services
• Ensure the app development agency’s work aligns with the long-term platform architecture, and collaborate closely with the CEO and CMO to steer the product roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong understanding of web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, blockchain ecosystems, and cross-chain bridging solutions.
• Experience with backend languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript) and familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android)
