Overview

We are hiring a Directional Crypto Trader to run discretionary spot and directional books across digital asset markets.

This is a senior, revenue-generating seat for a proven trader with strong solo contribution, disciplined risk management, and a verifiable track record of meaningful annual PnL.

What You’ll Do

• Run a discretionary directional crypto book

• Identify and execute high-conviction spot opportunities

• Trade short- to medium-term market trends across BTC, ETH, and liquid altcoins

• Manage risk, sizing, and drawdowns independently

• Contribute to trading discussions and overall desk performance

Ideal Profile

Experience

• 3–10 years preferred

• Buy-side, prop trading firm, or trading own capital

• Demonstrable PnL track record (>$3m annual preferred)

• Clear solo contribution

Asset Focus

• Strong preference: Crypto

• Also relevant: FX, Equities, Commodities

• Less relevant: Credit / Fixed Income

Style

• Discretionary, directional

• Strong tape reading and market intuition

• Institutional-level risk awareness

• Not systematic or delta-neutral
