They are seeking an entrepreneurial Crypto Quant Trader with proven, profitable strategies ready to deploy. They offer significant upside potential with lucrative performance-based bonuses in addition to a competitive base salary.

- At least 1 year live track record
- 30%+ annualised returns
- 10% maximum drawdown
Other Requirements
- Expertise in Python.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science).
- No discretionary trading—must be purely quantitative.
- Comfort working remotely within a globally distributed team.
