Creative Designer

Plexus have partnered with a leader in blockchain infrastructure who are supporting an open and collaborative data network. They enable Web3 developers to use data to create improved products and communities. We are looking for a creative designer to collaborate across multiple products to build brands, strategy, and modern design systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver high-quality visual and motion design for digital campaigns, product assets, and interactive experiences.

• Incorporate AI and generative tools to accelerate design iteration and expand creative possibilities.

• Ensure visual consistency through scalable systems and design components across multiple brand identities.

• Produce motion design that feels fluid, intentional, and adaptive across platforms and contexts.

• Stay ahead of design, motion, and AI trends, applying forward-thinking principles across web, mobile, and social media.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams, communicating clearly and working effectively in remote or hybrid environments.  

Requirements:

• 3-5 years design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Cinema 4D.
• Working knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Sora, Runway, Kling, etc.).
• Brand design experience. 
• Based in Asia.
