Core Backend Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead development and maintenance of the blockchain backend
• Drive architecture, scalability, and system reliability
• Collaborate with the CTO on technical strategy
• Solve complex engineering challenges and ensure high performance
• Uphold code quality, structure, and long-term maintainability

Requirements: 

• Proficiency in Typescript 
• Able to design and reason about complex architectures
• Experience or interest in blockchain, consensus, and network protocols
• Solid understanding of cryptography, serverless, or cloud systems
• Comfortable with high-responsibility, autonomous roles
• Leadership mindset – mentor, guide, and support a growing team
• Focus on technical depth over company pedigree
