Content Lead

Content Lead – $50k – $80k – Global Remote

Plexus has partnered with a pioneering sharded L1 chain that prioritises scalability, security and user experience in web3. 

We are searching for a Content Lead who can write both long, short and technical copy as well as be able to produce visual graphics to elevate their voice across diverse media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging written content, including technical articles, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases, tailored for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Design visual assets, such as infographics and videos, to complement written narratives and enhance audience engagement.
• Monitor blockchain trends to identify content opportunities and respond to community and industry developments.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams while taking ownership of content strategy and execution.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, community management, or visual content creation within Web3 or blockchain spaces.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging written and visual content.
• Expertise in managing social media platforms, with a strong presence on Crypto Twitter and familiarity with Reddit or Instagram.
• Proficiency in visual content tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) 
• Strong curiosity about blockchain technologies, coupled with a knack for creative storytelling.
