Commercial and Business Development Associate DePIN On-site to Hybrid $75k-$100k base + Performance based token bonuses
Plexus is partnered with a decentralized wireless network that enables property owners and residents to buy and sell internet capacity in their vicinity, effectively allowing users to function as their own internet providers.
They have raised a total of $40million, with $20million being raised within the last 3 months, they are looking for a Business Development Associate to spearhead their launch on Solana.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to produce and execute a strategic partnerships development plan aimed at expanding global coverage
- Design and validate economic incentive models using tools like Excel to analyze token structures and stakeholder benefits
- Manage implementation of partnership strategies: from first reach all the way to final implementation
- Research to identify and rank potential partners
- Research regulatory frameworks, including SEC guidelines and international markets, for token-based incentives
Requirements:
- Strong written and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of the crypto and DePIN ecosystem
- Familiarity with a P&L statement and cash flow analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent tools)
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with excellent organizational skills
- Bachelors degree in: Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Philosophy or Visual arts
- Previous work experience is a plus
