Plexus has partnered with a new client in the Web3 infrastructure space, building cross-chain FX and settlement technology that enables seamless value transfer across blockchain networks.

They are looking for a Founding Engineer to join at the ground floor and play a key role in architecting and building the core protocol from scratch.

The Role:

• Design and build core cross-chain settlement infrastructure.
• Shape protocol architecture and key technical decisions.
• Ship production-grade code across the stack.
• Work directly with the founders to define the technical roadmap.
• Take high ownership over the development of the core platform.

Requirements:

• Strong background in blockchain, distributed systems, or protocol engineering.
• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade Web3 applications.
• Strong proficiency in Rust systems or smart contract programming language.
• Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-ownership environment.
• Strong interest in owning problems from architecture through to production.
