CMO Dubai – Onsite 200k – 300k USD Base + Equity

My client are building an institutional-grade prediction market on top of Hyperliquid’s Infrastructure. The platform is live, well-capitalized, and already seeing strong organic traction. With a multi-year runway and a clear product edge, the company is now scaling from startup to structured, high-growth business.

They’re looking for a CMO to own entire GTM and strategy for the business.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) – Building a marketing team below you. – Reporting to founders, outlining any needs / requirements they have to execute the best strategy.

Requirements – Currently holding a CMO or similar position in ideally a DeFi project / Perp Dex. – Experience driving real growth and having a large impact on the business as a whole. – Able to work around the clock if needed, this is a rapidly scaling team but startup culture is still there.
