CISO

Plexus has partnered with a leading blockchain analytics platform, backed by top-tier global investors. They’re looking for a CISO / Head of Security to join their high-performing team.

This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to lead overall security practices across the business and led regulatory and audit compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role at a centralized exchange is highly desirable; otherwise, open to other sectors such as neobank or fintech background is also a strong fit
• Deep understanding of regulatory audits, SOC compliance, and US state licensing requirements
• Proven experience as the number one or two security leader in a company, owning overall security strategy and architecture
• Strong ability to protect the organization from internal and external threats.
• Hands-on security experience with a coding or technical background is a plus but not strictly required.
