Chief Revenue Officer Web2/3 Payments Remote – USA $220,000-$275,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission (Negotiable)

Plexus are partnering with a global payments platform combining multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, FX, cards, and stablecoins in one solution – helping businesses move and manage money globally faster and more efficiently.

We’re seeking a CRO with: • Senior sales/GTM leadership experience • Strong understanding of the US market and proven GTM strategy experience • Experience building a business or sales function from scratch • Background in Web2 and/or Web3 payments in the US • Proven ability to develop and execute US GTM plans and drive commercial growth • Experience managing a team while remaining hands-on with sales and commercial strategy • Strong network across US payments, fintechs, banks, and processors is a bonus • Ability to build and oversee the function is key; large-team management experience is preferred but not essential
