Chief of Staff

Plexus is partnering with a well-funded technology company building next-generation financial infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of fintech and emerging technologies, they’re developing products that are transforming how financial institutions operate. They are looking for a Chief of Staff to join their leading team in Austin, Texas.

Please note: This role is only open to candidates who are already authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship and transfers are not available. A relocation package is offered for candidates moving to Austin.

You’ll work with our cofounder and CTO across product, engineering, design, strategy, and the client work that shapes what they build.

Who You Are:

• A high-agency operator with experience as a Chief of Staff, Founder’s Associate, Strategy & Operations, Operations Lead, Technical Program Manager, or in a similar cross-functional role
• Proven at turning strategy into execution by driving projects, aligning stakeholders, and keeping teams moving toward shared goals
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• An excellent communicator with strong judgment and the ability to build trust across product, engineering, and leadership
• Based in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX. This is a hybrid role (3–5 days per week in office)
• Background in fintech, capital markets, blockchain, or crypto is a nice to have
