Chief of Staff

Chief of Staff/Head of HR Web3 Infrastructure Location: APAC (Remote) Salary: up to $200k (+ tokens)   Plexus has another great opportunity with a leader in blockchain infrastructure focused on creating and managing decentralized identity and credential systems. Their platform serves to enhance the utility and recognition of digital identities within the web3 ecosystem.   They are looking for a Chief of Staff/Head of HR to be instrumental in establishing and leading the HR team in supporting the company’s growth and objectives.   Role:  

• Establish and manage effective HR processes, policies, and operations
• Develop, implement, and oversee HR guidelines, strategies, and practices
• Ensure excellence in the HR teams delivery

  Requirements:  

• Proven track record in leadership, operations and business partnership
• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and refining programs from the ground-up
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin
• A strong understanding of Chinese operations
