The Role We’re hiring a Chief Blockchain Architect to design and deliver a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain. You’ll lead architecture, consensus, and execution design in Rust — building either a new chain from first principles or evolving an existing high-performance fork (e.g., Sui).

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain.

• Implement consensus, execution, and validator logic with sub-second finality.

• Define tokenomics, staking, and governance mechanics.

• Build secure cross-chain bridges (Ethereum, Solana, etc.).

• Set engineering standards and lead a team of top Rust engineers.

• Use AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Claude) for design, generation, and audits.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in systems programming, blockchain, or distributed systems.

• Expert in Rust, Solidity or Move with deep knowledge of consensus and validator networks.

• Proven contributions to major L1/L2s (Sui, Solana, Cosmos, Ethereum, Aptos).

• Strong cryptography, scalability, and security experience.

• Builder mindset: outcome-driven, fast, and AI-native.
