Plexus is partnering with a world-class fintech innovator, delivering cutting-edge broker-dealer and capital markets solutions across global financial hubs.

We are seeking a CEO to lead strategy, product development, regulatory approvals, and global growth. This senior, cross-functional leadership role requires engagement with regulators, banks, and institutional clients, alongside oversight of teams across multiple regions.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience in crypto or digital asset trading, custody, or infrastructure (B2B/B2B2C)
• Strong regulatory knowledge and experience working with banks and regulators
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and commercial units
• Track record of launching or scaling tech-driven financial products, especially in capital markets or institutional fintech
• Familiarity with third-party infrastructure providers for crypto and digital assets, and their integration into traditional financial systems
• Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and a client-centric approach

Offer:

• £200,000 – £250,000 + performance bonus
