Capital Formation Manager | HNWI & Family Office | Digital Asset Fund | UAE

We are working with a regulated quantitative crypto hedge fund with a live audited track record, institutional-grade infrastructure, and a product built for sophisticated allocators. They are hiring a capital formation specialist to build and grow their HNWI and family office investor base across the UAE.

The Role

You will generate new business for the fund from sourcing and activating your own HNWI and family office network through to first meetings, qualification, and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Source and activate relationships with HNWIs, family offices, private banks, and external asset managers across the UAE
• Lead first meetings independently, presenting a regulated, audited digital asset fund to sophisticated allocators
• Qualify prospects on ticket size, decision-making authority, and genuine allocation intent
• Partner with the senior investment team at the deep-dive and closing stage
• Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline and CRM tracking across all investor conversations
• Represent the fund at UAE investment and digital asset events

Requirements

• 2-6 years in UAE private banking, wealth management, family office coverage, or fund distribution
• An existing, activatable network of UAE-based HNWIs and family offices
• Comfortable discussing crypto, fund structures, and alternatives with sophisticated investors
• Proven track record of converting relationships into capital commitments
• UAE residency preferred
